Comedian Kapil Sharma's show canceled in Nepal

The much talked ‘Purple Fest’ program of the popular Indian singer Sonu Nigam and comedian Kapil Sharma has been canceled. The program was to be held in Dasarath Stadium in Nepal. The reason is said to be due to security and the on-going construction of the stadium.

Popular Indian comedian Kapil Sharma and singer Sonu Nigam were to share the stage with Nepali comedians (such as Jitu Nepal and Wilson Bikram Rai) and singers (such as Sugam Pokhrel, Yama Buddha) in the program ‘Purple Fest’ organised by Ncell Nepal.
Thousands of tickets were already sold for the event.
